Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuisioner dilakukan pada PT Berastagi Bintang Asia Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling sebanyak sampel 85 orang. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel promosi jabatan dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan PT Berastagi Bintang Asia Medan. Selanjutnya, hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa promosi jabatan dan kompetensi secara persial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan PT Berastagi Bintang Asia Medan.

Abstract

Karya penulisan skripsi ini bermaksud untuk melihat seberap besar pengaruh Harga terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan, melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Promosi terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan serta mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Promosi secara simultan Terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data analisi regresi berganda tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 95%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Nilai batastaraf toleransinya <0.05 yaitu 0.028 dinyatakan signifikan, melihat Nilai toleransi Promosi adalah berada dibawah <0.05 yaitu 0,010 dinyatakan singnifikan. Sedangkan Nilai RSquare yaitu 0.885 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 85.50%, artinya variabel bebas penelitian menunjukan pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat dengan nilai 85.50% selebihnya 14,50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah secara simultan Harga Produk danPromosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan BT Batik Trusmi Medan.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a practical way for customers to carry out financial transactions using mobile devices. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence on mobile banking applications and digital banking services at Bank Sumut. This research uses data by distributing questionnaires to Bank Sumut customers who use mobile banking. The sample size for this research was 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of mobile banking application variables and digital banking services on customers at Bank Sumut. The magnitude of the influence is 49%, and the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables outside of this research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Iklim Kerja dan gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai LLDIKTI Wilayah-I Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada LLDIKTI Wilayah-I Sumatera Utara dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 62 Pegawai. Instrumen Penelitian ini adalah angket/kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Uji persyaratan dilakukan untuk menguji normalitas. Teknik analisis data digunakan adalah teknik Regresi Berganda pada taraf signifikansi a = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Iklim Kerja (X1) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai LLDIKTI Wilayah-I Sumatera Utara t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel (2,653 ? 1.670) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Sedangkan gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai LLDIKTI Wilayah-I Sumatera Utara dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel (6,625 ? 1.670) dengan nilai signifikan 0.0001. Berdasarkan output SPSS diketahui bahwa nilai R squared adalah 0.533 artinya variansi variabel Loyalitas dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Iklim Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan sebesar 53,3 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55,3 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model ini. Dalam arti lain masih ada variabel independen lain yang mempengaruhi Loyalitas Kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of customer trust on customer loyalty in 150cc scooter motorcycles at PT Indah Sakti Motorindo, to study the impact of customer experience on loyalty, and to assess the simultaneous impact of customer trust & customer experience on customer loyalty in 150cc scooter motorcycles. This research was conducted on PT Indah Sakti Motorindo Medan using a homogeneous population of 48 individuals per month. This study is a quantitative narrative study that uses general news as a research instrument. The data analysis techniques used include validity & reliability test, classical approximation test, multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), & determination coefficient. The results based on the multiple linear regression equation show an R-square value of 0.661 or 66.10%, which means that the independent variable contributes significantly to mentioning customer loyalty as much as 66.10%, the remaining interim ad as much as 33.90% is determined by other factors outside the research example. The conclusion based on this study is that customer religion has a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer experience has a significant effect on loyalty, and both simultaneously have a significant impact on customer loyalty at PT Indah Sakti Motorindo Medan for 150cc scooter motorcycles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PLTU Pangkalan Susu Sejahtera. The research was conducted at PLTU Pangkalan Susu Sejahtera with a total of 48 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, so the sample size was 48 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicate that each question item produced from the questionnaire data is valid and reliable. The data quality tests, namely the normality test, show that the data is normally and significantly distributed. Furthermore, the multicollinearity test also indicates no multicollinearity, as the Tolerance value is >10 and the VIF value is <10. Meanwhile, the heteroscedasticity test shows that the data is not homogeneous, meaning it does not form a specific pattern and is evenly spread throughout the area. The results of the hypothesis test show that, based on the t-test, the variables that influence Employee Performance are Compensation Motivation and Discipline, both of which have an effect. The detailed t-test results are as follows: For variable X1, the t-count is 6.604, while the t-table is 2.014, so t-count (6.604) > t-table (2.014). This is also supported by a significant value of 0.003 (0.003 < 0.050), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which implies that Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance. For variable X2, the t-count is 4.452, while the t-table is 2.014, so t-count (4.452) > t-table (2.014). This is also supported by a significant value of 0.004 (0.004 < 0.05), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which implies that Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test result shows that F-count is 11.021, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.20. This is further supported by a significance level of 0.003, which is smaller than α = 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Discipline and Work Motivation (simultaneously) have an effect on Employee Performance. The R-square value is 62.2%, which means that the independent variables in this study contribute significantly, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Medan. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire instrument conducted at Matahari Department Store, Manhattan Medan branch. The population in this study were all employees of Matahari Department Store, Manhattan Medan branch, totaling 52 people. By using total sampling, the sample size of the study was 50 people, for the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager could not participate in filling out the questionnaire because they were carrying out very busy work. The conclusion of this study is. Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Manhattan Medan, this can be seen from the sig value which is smaller than 0.05. The RSquare value is 0.891 or R2 x 100% of 89.10%, meaning that the independent variables of the study contributed 89.10% while the remaining 10.90% was influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

Profitability is a fundamental component in reviewing the success of management in managing the company's financial performance. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the receivables turnover and current ratio (CR) have an effect on profitability. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period. The sample of this study is 25 companies that are determined through a quantitative approach method using data in numerical form which is collected through secondary data processing, namely financial statements that are published and can be accessed through the IDX Data collection technique from the IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id. Through the results of the study, it was found that the turnover of receivables does not have a significant influence on profitability and CR has a significant influence on profitability for Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2023.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan seperti menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan karyawan di Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Setdaprovsu. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel ialah karyawan Biro Administrasi SEKDA PROVSU berjumlah 102 orang. Analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai dasar dalam analisis data. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian bahwa secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan, berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan di Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Setdaprovsu, secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan di Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Setdaprovsu dan secara parsial pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan di Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Setdaprovsu. Kemudian secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan di Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Setdaprovsu. Kepuasan karyawan yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan pengembangan karir sebesar 38,8%sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,2 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini, seperti komunikasi, deskripsi pekerjaan dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation which is directly related to organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and work motivation felt by employees can reduce the value of organizational commitment. Employees who are satisfied with the work they get will be motivated to increase their commitment so that it will have an impact on the implementation of organizational commitment at the Medan State Administrative Court. This study was conducted at the Medan State Administrative Court on job satisfaction towards organizational commitment at the Medan State Administrative Court. This study aims to test the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational commitment. The number of samples determined was 50 respondents using the research method. As independent variables are job satisfaction and work motivation, while the dependent variable is organizational commitment. The analytical tools used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing used is a partial test (t test). The results of hypothesis testing show that the first hypothesis (H1) and the second hypothesis (H2) are accepted. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) obtained the results that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. These results Testing the second hypothesis (H2) obtained the results that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Motivation and job satisfaction have a simultaneous influence on organizational commitment, contributing 46.3%, while the remainder is influenced by unknown variables.
