Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan perlu dilakukan penyesuaian dengan kondisi karyawan yang ada disekitar sehingga gaya kepemimpinan yang miliki dominan dalam melakukan tindakan memengaruhi tingkat pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh setiap insividu dalam perusahaan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil tentang gaya kepemimpinan dominan dalam mengelola suatu persahaan penelitian perlu melakukan survei lokasi penelitian, melakukan penyebaran kuesioner lalu mengumpulkan hasil kuesioner, setelah itu melakukan olah data lalu dievaluasi. Melalui hasil analisis data yang dilakukan maka berbagai kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa: dari hasil ujivaliditas X1,X2,X3,X4 dan Y mendapatkan r tabel sebesar 0.1891> corrected item total correlation, pada uji Reliabilitas X1,X2,X3,X4 Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0.806, 0.737, 0.777,0.773 >0.60 dapat dijelaskan bahwa, reliabel sedangkan nila uji Reliabilitas Y Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0.755>0.60 dinyatakan reliabel. Pada uji Simultan mendapatkan nilai F hitung sebesar 5.371 > f tabel sebesar 2.46 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.01<0.05 artinya bahwa secara simultant gaya kepemimpinan dominan dapat memengaruhi kinerja dansignifikan. Dalam uji koefisien determinasi mendapatkan angka R Square sebesar .173 dimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dapat memengaruhi peningkatan kinerja sebesar 17.3%. Artinya peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan walaupun memiliki persentase yang relative rendah diantara gaya kepemimpinan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 82.7% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini yang belum diketahui.

Abstract

In theory, communication affects a person's morale, as well as the environment in which a person works will affect his performance. Researchers want to prove this theory at the Vocational School of the Rokita Sari Bangun Purba Foundation Vocational School. The sample is all teachers in the SMK and multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the effect of the independent and dependent variables. It was found that communication had a positive and significant effect on morale (sig value 0.000 <0.05), the work environment had a positive and significant effect on morale (sig value 0.001 <0.05), and simultaneously communication and work environment had a positive and significant effect on teacher morale. Abstract

Karya penulisan skripsi ini bermaksud untuk melihat seberap besar pengaruh Harga terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan, melihat seberapa besar pengaruh Promosi terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan serta mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Promosi secara simultan Terhadap Volume Penjualan pada BT Batik Trusmi Medan. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data analisi regresi berganda tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 95%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Nilai batastaraf toleransinya <0.05 yaitu 0.028 dinyatakan signifikan, melihat Nilai toleransi Promosi adalah berada dibawah <0.05 yaitu 0,010 dinyatakan singnifikan. Sedangkan Nilai RSquare yaitu 0.885 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 85.50%, artinya variabel bebas penelitian menunjukan pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat dengan nilai 85.50% selebihnya 14,50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah secara simultan Harga Produk danPromosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan BT Batik Trusmi Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan prestasi terhadap promosi jabatan pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Medan, Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif, dimana penelitian ini mencari tahu hubungan antar variabel yang saling terakit. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Polbangtan Medan yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan Juni 2022 sampai selesai. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian yang berjumlah 81 orang, sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Medan yang berjumlah 81 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam penelitian ini secara Simultan Disiplin dan Prestasi berpengaruh terhadap Promosi jabatan Pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Medan. Dalam penelitian ini, Disiplin Bepengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Promosi jabatan Pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Medan. Dalam penelitian ini prestasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan pegawai Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hal yang paling dengan prestasi yang baik maka pegawai akan lebih cepat mendapatkan promosi jabatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and career development on employee performance at Mc.Donald. This research was carried out at Mc.Donald with a population and sample of 38 employees. This research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements tests are carried out to test normality. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Regression technique at a significance level of a = 0.05. The results of this research show that Motivation (X1) has a significant and influential effect on the performance of Mc.Donald Employees. The calculated t is greater than the t table (2.291 ˃ 1.688) with a significant value of 0.000. Meanwhile, Career Development (X2) has a significant and influential effect on the performance of Mc.Donald employees with a calculated t value greater than the t table (2.291 ˃ 1.688) with a significant value of 0.0001. Based on the SPSS output, it is known that the R squared value is 0.640, meaning that the variance in the Performance variable can be explained by the Motivation and Career Development variables of 64.0 percent, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this model. In another sense, there are still other independent variables that influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Public Services and Work Environment on Employee Satisfaction at PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia. The sampling technique used was a total sampling technique or saturated sample with a total of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with t test and F test and coefficient of determination. The data processing tool used is SPSS version 24. The results of this research show that the Public Service variable (X1) has a significance value of 0.030 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the Public Service variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Satisfaction variable , as well as the Work Environment variable (X2) with a significance value of 0.032 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the Work Environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction at the PT Office. Samudera Agencies Indonesia. Simultaneously, the F test results with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the Public Service and Work Environment variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction at the PT Office. Samudera Agencies Indonesia. The RSquare value of the independent variable is 31.8% in influencing the dependent variable Employee Satisfaction at the PT Office. Samudera Agencies Indonesia, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of training and wages on the work motivation of PUPR employees in Binjai City, North Sumatra. This research was carried out at the Binjai City PUPR Office with a population and sample of 42 employees. This research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirement tests were carried out to test normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used was the Multiple Regression technique at a significance level of a = 0.05. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant influence on work motivation where tcount is greater than ttable with a significant value lower than 0.05. Meanwhile, wages also have a positive and significant influence on work motivation with a tcount value greater than ttable with a significant value smaller than 0.05. Based on the SPSS output, it is known that the R squared value contributes an influence of 28.7%, meaning that the variance in the work motivation variable can be explained by the training and wage variables, while the remainder is explained by other variables which are not analyzed in this model. This means that there are still other independent variables that influence work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Medan. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire instrument conducted at Matahari Department Store, Manhattan Medan branch. The population in this study were all employees of Matahari Department Store, Manhattan Medan branch, totaling 52 people. By using total sampling, the sample size of the study was 50 people, for the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager could not participate in filling out the questionnaire because they were carrying out very busy work. The conclusion of this study is. Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Matahari Department Store Manhattan Medan, this can be seen from the sig value which is smaller than 0.05. The RSquare value is 0.891 or R2 x 100% of 89.10%, meaning that the independent variables of the study contributed 89.10% while the remaining 10.90% was influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment which are directly related to performance. Good work discipline and work environment can have an impact on increasing performance values. which with high discipline and a comfortable environment can provide changes in achieving goals to improve the performance of the Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel Medan. This study was conducted at the Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel Medan. The method used is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique uses the sloving formula with a set sample size of 67 respondents. As independent variables, namely work discipline and work environment, while the dependent variable is performance. The analytical tools used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing used is a partial test (t test). The results of hypothesis testing show that the first hypothesis (H1) work discipline and the second hypothesis (H2) are accepted. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) obtained results that have a positive and significant effect on performance. These results Testing the second hypothesis (H2) obtained results that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline and work environment have a simultaneous influence on performance, contributing 77.60%, while the remainder is influenced by unknown variables.
