<![CDATA[To find out the influence of motivation on employee performance in employees at the Lebak Regency Ministry of Religion Office. To find out the effect of work facilities on employee performance in the Lebak Regency Ministry of Religion Office employees. This research used a sampling technique, namely Sampling/Saturated Sample", a total of 49 people/employees. The data analysis method used is descriptive and hypothesis testing uses regression analysis with the SPSS 25.00 for Windows program. The results of the research are Motivation is proven to have a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance.) Work facilities are proven to have no partial effect on employee performance. Motivation and Facilities are proven to have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as consideration in taking action to improve marketing performance by paying attention to Motivation (X1) and Facilities (X2) so that Service Employee Performance (Y) is competitive. It is hoped that more samples can be used, so that the expected results can be achieved.
