<![CDATA[Effective placement of Human Resources (HR) in schools is a critical factor in improving the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the best strategies and practices in school HR placement and identify its impact on educational performance. The research method used is a literature study, collecting and analyzing various scholarly sources related to HR management in the education sector. The results indicate that placing HR personnel according to their competencies, expertise, and school needs enhances teaching effectiveness, management efficiency, and job satisfaction among educators. The principle of the right person in the right place has been proven to foster professionalism among teachers and staff while creating a more productive work environment. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of developing a structured, competency-based HR placement system supported by clear policies. Recommendations include continuous training for educational staff, the use of technology in the placement process, and periodic evaluations to ensure alignment between HR capabilities and school needs.
