Background: Chronic renal failure is a condition where the kidneys stop removing metabolic waste and excess water from the blood. When the disease progresses to end-stage renal disease and kidney damage is irreversible Method: descriptive research design, case study form with nursing care approach. The research subjects were two chronic renal failure patients with hypervolemia nursing problems and met the case study inclusion criteria. Assessment sheets were used in data collection and data analysis was carried out descriptively with a nursing care approach starting with conducting assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Results: The nursing problem of hypervolemia experienced by both was overcome by providing the implementation of hypervolemia management, namely observing, therapeutic, educational and collaborative actions. Conclusion: After nursing care with the problem of hypervolemia and the implementation of hypervolemia management in both patients, the problem can be overcome within 3 days of treatment.
