Background: Delivery through cesarean section (C-Section) is a way of giving birth to a fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterine wall by laparotomy. One of the problems that occurs in post C-Section patients is a nutritional deficit. Adequate nutrition can help in the recovery of health, because nutrition is also a source of energy needed by various organs in the body as well as a source of building and regulating substances in the body, especially post C-Section mothers. Unfulfilled nutrition in post C-Section mothers can have a negative impact on the wound healing process, breast milk production, and general health. Purpose: To find out the implementation of nursing care for post C-Section patients, especially in fulfilling nutritional needs. Methods: Descriptive research type with case study design that describes the implementation of nursing care in post C-Section patients in fulfilling nutritional needs. The research respondents were 2 post C-Section patients, with the criteria of first day post C-Section, good general health condition, and willing to be respondents. Data were taken using the postpartum assessment format, while case study data were presented in the form of nursing care narratives. Results: Based on the results of the implementation of nursing care, it was found that the patient complained of pain in the area of the former operation, no appetite, nausea and vomiting, there was a scar on the stomach, an IV and catheter were installed. From these data, the following problems were obtained: acute pain, nutritional deficits and risk of infection. This case study focused on the problem of nutritional deficits. After nursing actions were carried out for 3 days with the main intervention of nutritional management and supporting interventions of nutritional monitoring, the nutrition of both research subjects could be met according to the set time target, with the results of the evaluation of the problem being resolved and the intervention being continued at home by the family. Conclusion: After nursing care was carried out for 3 days, the problem of nutritional deficit in 2 research respondents, especially on the third day, the problem was resolved with clinical indicators of increased food intake, increased desire to eat, increased frequency of eating and increased appetite.
