<![CDATA[Generation Z prefers vaping over conventional cigarettes because of its diverse flavors. This trend, however, results in new health concerns such as EVALI. This study aims at the various components that may influence the use of e-cigarettes, also known as vapes, as well as the impact of these factors. The method involved looking at the literature and using journals published in the last five years using Google Scholar and PubMed databases. The work started from March to April. The results showed that external and internal factors such as knowledge and beliefs, lifestyle, and the influence of parents, peers, and social media. Because they are considered safer, attracted by the taste and packaging, and lack of knowledge, many teenagers are unaware of the dangers of vape. Other health impacts include respiratory problems and the risk of serious illnesses that reduce quality of life. Thus, it is hoped that people will become more aware of the dangers of vaping, how to avoid using vapes, and how to maintain their health.]]>
