ABSTRAK Para pendidik pendidikan anak usia dini menghadapi tantangan saat adanya pergantian kurikulum. Kemampuan untuk memahami kurikulum merdeka disarankan pemerintah untuk dapat dipelajari secara mandiri melalui sarana yang disediakan. Para pendidik PAUD pasti akan menghadapi banyak tantangan dalam memahami kurikulum secara mandiri. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang baik, terutama bagi tenaga pendidik tentang cara menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Agar pendidik memiliki kemampuan untuk menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka yang dapat berdampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di institusi pendidikan anak usia dini. Adapun metode pengabdian ini dengan In-house Training yang dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan; pelaksanaan; dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yaitu TAAM (Taman Asuh Anak Muslim) Happy Kids dan PAUD Melati Ceria Kecamatan Andir Kota Bandung dengan jumlah pendidik sebanyak 12 orang guru selama delapan pertemuan. Hasil pre-post test menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 73,33 di pre-test menjadi 87,5 di post-test, menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan In-house Training (IHT) berdampak positif terhadap pemahaman guru tentang Kurikulum Merdeka. In-house Training ini juga meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka di PAUD yang mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan In-house Training ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pendidik dalam merancang dan menerapkan pembelajaran yang efektif. The ability to understand the independent curriculum is recommended by the government to be learned independently through the tools provided. PAUD educators will certainly face many challenges in understanding the curriculum independently. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to provide a good understanding, especially for educators, on how to implement the Independent Curriculum. So that educators have the ability to implement the Merdeka Curriculum which can have a positive impact on the quality of learning in early childhood education institutions. The method of this service is In-house Training which is carried out in three stages: preparation; implementation; and evaluation. The activity was carried out at Eearly Childhood Education Institution namely TAAM Happy Kids and PAUD Melati Ceria, Andir District, Bandung City with a total of 12 teachers for eight meetings. The pre-post test results show an increase in the average score from 73.33 in the pre-test to 87.5 in the post-test, indicating that In-house Training (IHT) activities have a positive impact on teachers' understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum. This In-house Training also improves teachers' ability to implement the Merdeka Curriculum in PAUD, which indicates that this In-house Training activity has succeeded in increasing educators' understanding and skills in designing and implementing effective learning.
