The implementation of regional autonomy requires each local government to prepare planning and budgeting documents in an accountable manner, one of which is through the Work Plan and Budget of Regional Apparatus Work Units (RKA-SKPD). This community service activity aims to optimize the role of students in supporting the process of developing the Work Plan and Budget of the Regional Government Agency (RKA-SKPD) at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency (BKAD) of North Lombok Regency. Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Mataram University were actively involved in various stages of the development of regional planning and budgeting documents through a collaborative and participatory approach. Over the four-month implementation period, students not only participated in the dissemination of technical knowledge through meetings and the development of strategic plans and performance trees but were also directly involved in inputting RKA data into the SIPD application. The results of the activity demonstrated that the students' contributions improved work efficiency and the quality of output documents, while also providing relevant practical experience for academic competency development. This activity underscores the importance of synergy between higher education institutions and local governments in achieving transparent, participatory, and sustainable financial management.
