<![CDATA[This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the cooperative learning model ti[e make a match on Ecology and Biodiversity material for class VII. The research method is classroom action research (CAR), and the location of the research was conducted at SMPN 1 Plered with a total of 34 students as research subjects. Data collection techniques using tests. The test aims to obtain student learning outcomes carried out during the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The instruments used are multiple choice questions. Based on the analysis of data obtained in cycle I, students got an average of 56% and cycle II got an average score of 88%. With the results obtained, the application of the Make a Match type Cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes. Because students are actively involved in learning, this can be seen in each cycle that experiences an increase, this shows that the Make a Match type Cooperative learning model on ecology and biodiversity material can improve learning outcomes.]]>
