<![CDATA[Christian leadership is faced with serious challenges in the form of a crisis of integrity and moral degradation that is increasingly undermining the spiritual leaders of the church. This phenomenon not only reflects the spiritual disorientation of church leaders but also threatens the church's testimony and transformation in society, hindering its role as a light. This study aims to examine theologically how the church can build a spirituality of Christian leadership rooted in integrity and morality. By employing a descriptive qualitative method in a literature study approach, this article demonstrates that Christian leadership must understand its nature, enabling it to identify and respond to the crisis of integrity in modern Christian leadership. Thus, a foundational theological building is needed regarding the morality and integrity of Christian leaders. Abstrak Kepemimpinan Kristen diperhadapkan pada tantangan serius berupa krisis integritas dan degradasi moral yang kian merongrong pemimpin rohani gereja. Fenomena ini tidak hanya mencerminkan disorientasi spiritual para pemimpin gereja, tetapi juga mengancam kesaksian dan transformasi gerejawi dalam masyarakat untuk menjadi terang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara teologis bagaimana gereja dapat membangun spiritualitas kepemimpinan Kristen yang berakar pada integritas dan moralitas. Dengan menggunkan metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam pendekatan studi pustaka, artikel ini memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan Kristen perlu memahami hakikat kepemimpinan Kristen, sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi sekaligus merespons krisis integritas dalam kepemimpinan Kristen modern. Dengan demikian, diperlukan sebuah bangunan teologis yang fondasional terkait moralitas dan integritas pemimpin Kristen. ]]>
