PERANCANGAN UI/UX SISTEM ABSENSI UMKM INDOMOM FOOD BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN GIS DENGAN METODE UCD

In the continuously evolving digital era, the application of information technology has become key to operational efficiency, including in the management of human resources in the micro, small, and medium enterprises sector (SMEs). As a rapidly growing SME, Indomom Food struggles with the manual attendance management system's inefficiency and accuracy. To address this issue, this research aims to design a UI/UX prototype of a GIS-based web attendance system using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which includes usage context, user and organizational needs, design solutions, and design evaluation. We expect the attendance system to use GIS to verify employee attendance based on location. The research results show that the designed system successfully meets user needs, with a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 75 in the "Acceptable Good" category and a User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) score in the "Above Average" to "Excellent" category. We expect this UI/UX design to assist in addressing the accuracy and efficiency issues in attendance management at Indomom Food SMEs.Pada era digital yang terus berkembang, penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi kunci untuk efisiensi operasional, termasuk dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM Indomom Food, sebagai entitas bisnis yang berkembang pesat, menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen absensi manual yang kurang efisien dan akurat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang UI/UX prototype sistem absensi berbasis web GIS dengan metode User Centered Design (UCD) yang meliputi konteks penggunaan, kebutuhan pengguna dan organisasi, solusi desain, dan evaluasi desain. Penggunaan GIS dalam sistem absensi diharapkan dapat memverifikasi kehadiran karyawan berdasarkan lokasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, dengan skor System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 75 dalam kategori "Acceptable Good" dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dalam kategori "Above Average" hingga "Excellent". Rancangan UI/UX ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi masalah keakuratan dan efisiensi manajemen kehadiran di UMKM Indomom Food.
