Abstract

Berdasarkan temuan lapangan bahwa kurangnya pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran pada Business Center (BC) SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Business Center (BC) SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jenis penelitian explanatory survey, teknik penentuan sampelnya adalah sampel accidental sampling, sebanyak 56 konsumen Business Center (BC) SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Sebagai alat ukur digunakan 60 item kuisioner dengan pengukuran skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Business Center (BC) SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Business Center (BC) SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Harga dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Business Center (BC) SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Based on field findings, there is a lack of utilization of marketing strategies at the Business Center (BC) of SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. So the aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and promotion on consumer satisfaction at the Business Center (BC) of SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. This research is quantitative research. With this type of explanatory survey research, the sampling technique was accidental sampling, a total of 56 consumers to the Business Center (BC) of SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. As a measuring tool, a 60-item questionnaire was used with Likert scale measurements and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The research results show that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Business Center (BC) of SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Business Center (BC) of SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Price and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Business Center (BC) of SMK Negeri 1 Seputih Agung
