This study investigates the role of supervision in improving the competence of educators by supervising education properly. In this study, a qualitative approach with case studies was conducted in several elementary schools in urban areas. In-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and educational supervisors were conducted. The results of the study indicate that teachers' professional abilities increased significantly as a result of supervision that was carried out in a structured and continuous manner. Supervision based on constructive feedback also helps teachers find and correct deficiencies in the learning process. However, the study also found that problems such as limited time, resources, and differences in perception between supervisors and teachers often hindered the performance of supervision. This study emphasizes that cooperation between supervisors, principals, and teachers is very important for This study shows that strengthening supervision in educational supervision can produce a better education system and more effective learning, and the results indicate that principals, teachers, and supervisors must work together to create an environment that supports improving competence
