This research aims to conduct a literature review related to the analysis of student errors in solving math story problems based on Newman stages solving math story problems based on Newman's stages at all education levels. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method to collect data. The process data collection process was carried out by identifying or reviewing all articles relevant to the research topic published in the 2019 period. Relevant to the research topic published in the period 2019-2023. The search results found 200 articles that matched the review theme through the Google Scholar database using Harzing's Publish or Perish application. West Java. Common student errors found were errors in reading error, comprehension error, transformation error, process skill errors in encoding error, incomplete conclusions which are very important to be considered, and incomplete findings which are very important to pay attention to in learning mathematics learning.
