<![CDATA[AbstractThe Indonesian National Police is one of the forms of national organization that has an important role in the administration of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. performance is how a person is expected to function and behave in accordance with the duties that have been assigned to him. There are several aspects that affect performance. One of the factors that play an important role in improving performance is work discipline and work motivation. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The sample withdrawal method in this study uses the Census technique, based on the criteria of 56 respondents, namely all members of the Prabumulih Police Satreskrim. This data processing method aims to answer the problem formulation. To answer the formulation of the problem, multiple linear regression tests are used. Based on the results of the discussion that has been described from the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the Work Discipline Variable (X1) partially has a significant influence on the performance of members of the Prabumulih police satreskrim. Indicated by the results of the calculation of the work discipline variable greater than the table value, namely 0.025 <0.05. Terdapat beberapa aspek yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja adalah disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif. Metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sensus, berdasarkan kriteria sebanyak 56 responden yaitu seluruh anggota Satreskrim Polres Prabumulih. Metode pengolahan data ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah digunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yang telah diuraikan dari bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota satreskrim Polres Prabumulih.
