Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the major public health issues in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas with limited access to healthcare services and medical information. The activity titled "Healthy Movement Without TB: Immunity Education and Health Check-Up" was conducted in Dusun Dasan Bawak, Lelede Village, as a promotive and preventive effort to curb the spread of TB. This program included community education on the importance of the immune system in fighting TB infection, promotion of clean and healthy living habits, and free health check-ups covering basic medical examinations and TB symptom screening. The implementation methods involved interactive lectures and direct examinations by medical personnel. The results showed an increase in community knowledge regarding TB and the importance of maintaining a strong immune system, as well as high enthusiasm in participating in the health check-ups. This intervention is expected to be an initial step toward creating a more health-conscious community that actively participates in TB prevention.
