Abstract: Religious morality is essential in forming student character, especially in a religious-based educational environment. Discussions of human morality in this development often fluctuate, reflecting the ongoing changes that stem from the social order of society or the influence of the times. This study aims to describe the role of SMK Islam Terpadu (IT) Ma'arif NU Karanglewas in shaping students' religious morality and to understand the current state of students' religious morality at the school. This research is a qualitative study using a field research approach, with data obtained through interviews with teachers and students of SMK IT Ma'arif NU Karanglewas, documentation, and direct observation. Thomas Lickona proposed the theory of morality to examine the nature and development of students' morality. Fazlur Rahman developed the theory of religious morality to understand the limits of religious moral values. The results of the study indicate that schools have a significant role through integrated educational programs and religious activities, including the habituation of religious activities, instilling a sense of ta'ẓim, religious literacy such as tawasul, surah Al-Fatiha, Ar-Rahman, Al-Waqi'ah, prayers before studying, Asmaul Husna, sholawat, and annual activities such as Maulid Nabi, Pondok Ramadan, Khotmil Qur'an, distribution of zakat fitrah/qurban. Students' religious morality demonstrates positive development in applying daily religious values, as reflected in their religious attitudes, empathy, and responsibility. The school also emphasizes instilling noble morals such as politeness and polite speech. Thus, students' religious morality in this school shows positive development supported by a conducive educational environment and targeted guidance.Abstrak: Moralitas keagamaan merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, terutamanya di lingkungan pendidikan berbasis agama. Pembahasan moral manusia dalam perkembangan ini banyak terjadi naik turun, seiring dengan berlangsungnya perubahan mulai dari tatanan social Masyarakat atau pengaruh zaman. Tujuan daripada kajian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran SMK Islam Terpadu (IT) Ma'arif NU Karanglewas dalam membentuk moralitas keagamaan siswa, serta untuk memahami kondisi moralitas keagamaan siswa di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini merepukan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada guru dan siswa SMK IT Ma'arif NU Karanglewas, dokumentasi dan observasi langsung. Teori moralitas yang dikemukakan oleh Thomas Lickona untuk menganalisis bentuk dan kondisi moral siswa, serta teori moralitas keagamaan dari Fazlur Rahman untuk memahami batasan nilai-nilai moral keagamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah memiliki peran signifikan melalui program pendidikan dan kegiatan keagamaan terintegrasi, termasuk pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan, penanaman sikap ta'ẓim, literasi keagamaan seperti tawasul, surah Al-Fatihah, Ar-Rahman, Al-Waqi'ah, doa sebelum belajar, Asmaul Husna, sholawat, dan kegiatan tahunan yaitu Maulid Nabi, Pondok Ramadan, Khotmil Qur'an, pembagian zakat fitrah/qurban. Moralitas keagamaan siswa menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam penerapan nilai agama sehari-hari, tercermin dalam sikap religius, empati, dan tanggung jawab. Sekolah juga menekankan penanaman akhlak mulia seperti kesopanan, bertutur kata santun. Sehingga, moralitas keagamaan siswa di sekolah ini menunjukkan perkembangan positif yang didukung oleh lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif dan pembinaan yang terarah.
