<![CDATA[Supervision inherent in the principal’s which is applied by planning, approaching, and ending with follow-up. All of those methods aim to improve teacher’s performance in order to achieve the school's vision and mission that have been proclaimed. The researcher wanted to know three things related to the supervision of the principal at SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. The way of supervision by the principal, the approach and method of supervising, the impact of supervision by the principal. The approach which was used in this research was qualitative with the type of case study research. The results showed that the principal carried out an integral and comprehensive supervision plan for the teachers. The supervision planning included the preparation of a clinical supervision schedule and monitoring the readiness of teaching equipment. The approaches and methods of supervision were carried out by integrating directive, non-directive, and development approaches.The impact of such supervision was able to lead teachers to find existing deficiencies and immediately improve quality educational institutions from year to year]]>
