<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to foster religious character through extracurricular activities of pencak silat at SMP Negeri 4 Kaliwiro Wonosobo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative field research method, with the background at SMP Negeri 4 Kaliwiro Wonosobo, data collection is carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The object of research in this study is to foster religious character through extracurricular activities of pencak silat. The results of the study indicate that extracurricular activities of pencak silat at SMP Negeri 4 Kaliwiro play a positive role in instilling religious values such as discipline, responsibility, honesty, and self-control. These values are in line with Islamic teachings and are instilled through routine training, religious advice, and the habituation of attitudes and behaviors that are in accordance with religious values.]]>
