Abstract

Islamic banks are financial institutions that adhere to Islamic law or sharia principles and function as mediators in the financial system. Although the growth rate in Indonesia is good, the market is still not stable. To overcome this, there are several strategies that can be used, the most important of which is to increase market share by attracting more new customers gradually. One strategy that can be used is to present products that are easier for the general public to understand and work with conventional banks to provide banking services in KLS or expand banking services through mobile platforms.   ABSTRAK   Bank syariah adalah lembaga keuangan yang menganut hukum Islam atau prinsip syariah dan berfungsi sebagai mediator dalam sistem keuangan. Meskipun tingkat pertumbuhan di Indonesia bagus, pasarnya masih belum stabil. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, ada beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan, yang terpenting adalah meningkatkan pangsa pasar dengan menarik lebih banyak pelanggan baru secara bertahap. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan menghadirkan produk-produk yang lebih mudah dipahami masyarakat umum dan bekerja sama dengan bank konvensional untuk memberikan layanan perbankan di KLS atau memperluas layanan perbankan melalui platform mobile.
