Waste management in Pontianak City has become a crucial issue amid rapid population growth and urbanization. Although the government has implemented various innovations, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure and a lack of public awareness remain obstacles. This research aims to analyze multi-stakeholder collaboration, including government, community, and private sector involvement, in addressing waste problems. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that the success of waste management depends on network structure, commitment to common goals, good governance, information sharing, and access to resources. Effective collaboration is expected to provide sustainable solutions for waste management in Pontianak City.
