This study aims to analyze the impact of OBA (Outcome Based Accreditation) on the quality of education at KH. Mukhtar Syafaat University (Uimsya) Blokagung Banyuwangi and its impact on the quality of education. The research design used qualitative, involving in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, was used to collect data, in addition to observation and documentation. The findings revealed that OBA has significantly increased the relevance of graduate competencies to the job market. By focusing on measurable learning outcomes, the institution is able to align its curriculum with industry demands, resulting in increased employability of graduates. In addition, OBA has encouraged a more transparent and accountable assessment system, thus encouraging holistic student development. This study recommends that higher education institutions adopt OBA as a quality assurance framework to ensure that graduates have the skills and competencies needed to succeed in a dynamic global job market.
