The development of young entrepreneurs in the health product sector, particularly moringa leaf tea, plays a crucial role in local economic growth and community welfare. Tuban Regency is rich in natural resources; however, challenges remain in enhancing the capacity of young entrepreneurs in this sector. This community service program was implemented through structured training on business management, product innovation based on local resources, digital marketing, intensive mentoring, and facilitation of business networking. The evaluation measured improvements in knowledge, product innovation, and the use of digital marketing technologies. Ninety percent of participants showed significant improvements in business management and digital marketing knowledge. Twelve innovative products, including various moringa leaf tea variants, were developed. Eighty-five percent of participants actively utilized social media and marketplaces for marketing. A solid business network was also established during the program. This program effectively enhanced the capacity and competitiveness of young entrepreneurs, strengthened the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, and promoted sustainable economic growth in Tuban Regency. The increased utilization of moringa leaf tea as a health product also served as a strategic step in introducing local potential to a broader market.
