The problem in this study is the need to improve the learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadith in class IV students of MI Miftahul Ulum Braja Harjosari, Braja Selebah District. This study is a classroom action research that aims to determine how the learning outcomes of students before and after being given Reward and Punishment, and whether the provision of Reward and Punishment can improve student learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were 24 students of class IV MI Miftahul Ulum consisting of 14 female students and 10 male students. The data analysis techniques used in this study were quantitative and qualitative. The instruments used in this study used student response questionnaire sheets, teacher activity sheets and student learning test results. Student learning outcomes showed that in the pre-action the average percentage of student learning completeness was 34%, cycle I increased by 58%, and cycle II increased to 83%. This indicates that the Action that has been taken has achieved the expected learning process and results.
