<![CDATA[Family planning programs have generally achieved significant success and have been effective in reducing population growth rates. This study aims to analyze the influence of maternal knowledge and spousal support on the use of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP) among new acceptors during the period from January to June 2023 in Purwaharja Village, Purwaharja District, Banjar City, West Java Province.The study design is a correlational study with a causal research design. The population in this study consists of 30 new acceptors during the period from January to June 2023 in Purwaharja Village, Banjar City, in 2023. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The analysis results indicate that there is a significant correlation between maternal knowledge and spousal support for the use of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP) in Purwaharja Village, Banjar City, with p-values of 0.000 and 0.001, respectively.It is recommended that healthcare workers involve husbands in counseling and education processes to enhance their knowledge and active participation in family planning programs.]]>
