Human resources are a strategic component in an organization that plays a significant role in achieving company goals. In this context, leadership is seen as a key factor that determines the level of success of an organization in carrying out its vision and mission. A leader plays a role in directing and influencing employee behavior to work in line with the established vision and strategy, thereby producing output in the form of optimal performance achievement. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Transformative Leadership and motivation on the task performance of PT Bank Negaraku, with the mediating role of Work Engagement. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership plays a role in improving the performance of PT Bank Negaraku employees. In an unpredictable external environment, employees are required to be able to run the banking service system optimally in the context of implementing banking digitalization. There are various leadership styles applied by leaders as a strategy to improve or maintain output in the form of high performance realization, one of which is transformational leadership.
