Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen talenta, work-life balance, dan kesejahteraan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z di Kabupaten Gresik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi Z guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara optimal. Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of talent management, work-life balance, and employee well-being on the performance of Generation Z employees in Gresik Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that talent management, work-life balance, and employee well-being each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance for organizations to adopt human resource management strategies that align with the unique characteristics of Generation Z in order to optimize employee performance.
