<![CDATA[The strategic decision-making model at the University of Indonesia Maju (UIMA) needs to be known because there is a change in form from the Indonesian Advanced College of Health Sciences (STIKIM) to UIMA based on the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology No. 0302/E1/KB.01.00/2022 dated January 17, 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategic decision-making model at the University of Indonesia Maju (UIMA). The research method used is qualitative research with a case study design. The data analysis method is based on the Miles and Huberman model, which provides directions for the sequence of data analysis activities with several steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. This study lasted for (4) four months with 7 (seven) informants. The results of the study showed that UIMA leaders used the Organizational Process Model strategic decision-making. The suggestion from the results of this study is that there should be a special day used for management meetings in making strategic decisions that have an impact on the survival of UIMA.]]>
