<![CDATA[Digital literacy media contains studies that are not only in the form of descriptions, but can be studied in visual or pictorial form to explain the material that is used as learning material, including local wisdom-based Diversity material in the Citizenship Education Subject. Education is a conscious and planned effort to form Indonesian people who are intelligent and have good character. Citizenship education is a vehicle for preparing the younger generation with sufficient provisions in the social life that is needed. The ability to think critically, be responsible, have democratic attitudes and actions are supporting media in the formation of national character. Therefore, lecturers are required to develop learning support by developing learning media as a means of making it easier to convey material so that students can learn material easily through learning media. This literature study aims to determine the development of digital literacy media on students' understanding of diversity in the subject of Citizenship Education. The purpose of this study was to find out the literature study on the development of digital literacy media on students' understanding of Diversity in the Citizenship Education subject. The research method used was literature study research which consisted of several sources such as primary and secondary sources. The results obtained from the research that has been done show that advances in technology are able to motivate students to be more active in learning and dig deeper into understanding information about learning. In addition, digital literacy media can have a positive impact on the development of student teaching and learning. However, there are also weaknesses that will result from digital literacy, namely the still weak interest in reading culture in the form of e-books for students because they are more interested in the application base.]]>
