Abstract

It is important for any organizations to manage their human resources in order to achieve the desired results if they are able to recognize things that are needed by their employees in order to bring a positive impact to the organizations. The objective of this research is to identify the effects of workload, work-family conflict, and work-related stress on the job satisfaction of PT Askrindo's employees. The population of this study is all 71 employees of the Compliance Division, Human Resource Division, and Risk Management Division of PT. Askrindo. Using saturated sampling, all members of the population were involved as the respondents. This study uses primary data, which was obtained from Likert-scaled questionnaires and was analyzed using multiple liner regression. The results of the analysis indicate that workload and work-related stress partially affect the job satisfaction of PT Askrindo's employees and that work-family conflict does not influence the job satisfaction of the employees.
