The interest and demand of the market in food industry, especially seblak, in Malang City keep growing. Therefore, a comprehensive business planning for the establishment of Warung Seblak Sundakita is an effective way to plan developmental strategies in response to the increasing interests, variations, and uniqueness of food industry. The main objective of this business planning study is to analyze the prospect of establishing Warung Seblak Sundakita using a qualitative research and library research. The validity of the data was assessed using observations in business analysis, interview results, and document studies. The results of the analysis performed in this research provide the foundation for the strategic planning in all aspects of business that will be used to survive and face the competition. Based on the analysis result, Warung Seblak Sundakita has high potentials to compete in seblak market in Malang City. Here key aspects such as product development, marketing strategy, operational design, managerial design, and development strategy encompassing product innovation and market expansion are prioritized.
