<![CDATA[The objective of this research is to explain the effects of work discipline, work motivation, and workplace environment on employee productivity at PT Guntner Indonesia. Using simple random sampling, 130 employee were selected as the respondents. The data of this explanatory study was harvested from Likert-scaled questionnaires and was analyzed using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS 27, after instrument test, classical assumption test, and statistical test had been performed. This study finds that (1) work discipline positively and significantly influences the productivity of employees at PT Guntner Indonesia, (2) that work motivation positively and significantly affects the productivity of employees at PT Guntner Indonesia, and that (3) workplace environment has positive and significant impacts on the productivity of employees at PT Guntner Indonesia. Therefore, the higher the employees’ work discipline and work motivation and the better the work place environment, the higher the productivity of the employees.]]>
