This study aims to analyze the performance of employees in the preparation of the Task Order Letter (SPT) at the General Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Morowali Police Resort, focusing on three performance dimensions: responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies involving employees of Satreskrim Polres Morowali. The findings indicate that employee performance in terms of responsiveness is generally good, although there are coordination issues between units that cause delays and document revisions. In terms of responsibility and accountability, administrative errors were found, highlighting the need for improved attention to detail, oversight, and the more optimal use of information technology. The study concludes that measures such as optimizing digital systems, enhancing employee training, and improving supervision mechanisms are essential to increase efficiency and accountability in the preparation of SPT at Satreskrim Polres Morowali.
