This research is motivated by the lack of understanding among fifth-grade students in learning IPAS, particularly on the topic "Harmony in Ecosystems: Eating and Being Eaten." The aim of this study is to enhance students’ knowledge through a problem-based learning model assisted by a Food Chain Diorama as a learning medium. The research was conducted on 11 students of SDN Jiwan 02, consisting of 5 male and 6 female students. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was carried out in two learning cycles. Based on the percentage results, only 19% of students passed the pre-test. After delivering the material using the Food Chain Diorama as effectively as possible, the percentage increased significantly to 100% in Cycle I. The improvement in academic achievement increased from an average score of 64 in the pre-test to 85 in Cycle I, representing an 81% increase. As the students’ average score rose by 21 points, with an overall improvement percentage of 81%, it was concluded that a second cycle was no longer necessary.
