Abstrak Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia melalui penerapan aplikasi presensi digital berbasis Jotform. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk menggantikan proses presensi manual dan presensi Face ID. Dalam kegiatan ini, sebanyak 30 pekerja harian dilibatkan, dengan metode Black Box Testing digunakan untuk pengujian sistem serta wawancara berbasis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) guna menilai penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi. Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam konteks ini membuktikan bahwa digitalisasi mampu mendorong transformasi positif dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, baik dari segi operasional maupun hasil jangka panjang bagi organisasi dan perusahaan. Kata kunci: sistem informasi; aplikasi; presensi digital Abstract This service aims to improve the efficiency of human resource management through the implementation of a Jotform-based digital attendance application. This system was developed to replace the manual attendance process and Face ID attendance. In this activity, 30 daily workers were involved, with the black box testing method used for system testing and interviews based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess user acceptance of technology. The application of information technology in this context proves that digitalization can drive positive transformation in human resource management, both in terms of operations and long-term results for organizations and companies.
