The style of leadership is an important element in a business organization. Leadership style described by Bass consists of transformational leadership and transactional leadership. This study aims to determine how well the transformational leadership style towards employee performance in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort, in addition to this study, aims to determine the relationship between leadership style with employee performance employee in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection through questionnaires distributed randomly to employees who work in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort. The phenomenon happens in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort is a high level of employee come late due to lack of supervision of the leaders and the lack of punishment that makes a deterrent to employees.To achieve the objectives that have been outlined previously, researchers used several tests such as the test statistic descriptive analysis, correlation, regression and the coefficient of determination. The result is a style of leadership transformational and employees in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort is good, style of leadership significant positive effect on employee performance, Y = 3,529+0,231???????? a regression coefficient after regression testing against the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort.

Influence society for the survival of a company or micro-enterprises is very important because there is a strong continuity for complementarity. Where the company requires a buyer and society requires equipment such as clothing and the need to want to perform better. And this continuity is a very supportive relationship the company's success in creating marketing communications mix, which also affects the increase in sales of the company itself, especially Adorable Projects which are capable enough to provide convenience - convenience to the public (consumers) in the marketing of their products. And on the ease - the ease that is given Adorable Projects in marketing their products, will Adorable Projects can measure the brand equity is, whether the Community has made their top choice in the selection of the brand, especially in the field of Fashion which incidentally is generally in the city and especially in the city of Cimahi many outlets that offer similar products and with competitive prices. The scale of influence marketing communication mix factor aginst the brand equity in Adorable Projects product is 19.5%. The promotion which has done do by Adorable Projects have the positive influence but still strong and significant against brand equity to choose Adorable Projects product. That thing show by the value of F calculation (ANOVA) still bigger than F table (13,014> 2,004) because only in 13,014 points and have the mistake probability less or more than 10%.

The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of financial leverage on financial performance of the 39 selected property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange over a period of five years (2011-2015). This work employed two financial leverage for the independent variables such as: debt ratio (DR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) in determining their effect on financial performance such as return on equity (ROE), sales growth and price earning ratio (PER) as a dependent variable. The secondary data were obtained from the financial statement (comprehensive income statement and statement of financial position) of the selected companies quoted from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Descriptive statistical test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis test are used to analyze the data of this research. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and insignificant influence between financial leverage on the financial performance of 39 companies, proven by hypothesis testing of t-value (1.610) < t-table (1.65481) and P-value of 0.109, while the value of regression coefficient of financial performance of 0.008 Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan 39 perusahaan properti dan real estate terpilih yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama lima tahun (2011-2015). Penelitian ini menggunakan dua leverage keuangan untuk variabel independen seperti debt ratio (DR) dan debt to equity ratio dalam menentukan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja keuangan seperti return on equity (ROE), pertumbuhan penjualan dan price earning ratio (PER) sebagai variabel dependen. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan (laporan laba rugi komprehensif dan laporan posisi keuangan) dari perusahaan terpilih yang dikutip dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Uji statistik deskriptif, uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara financial leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan dari 39 perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengujian hipotesis yang menghasilkan nilai t hitung (1.610) < t-table (1.65481) dan P-value sebesar 0.109, dengan nilai koefisien regresi kinerja keuangan sebesar 0,008.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisisbagaimana pengaruh brand image terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian adalah 112 pelanggan yang menggunakan prodak “private label” yaitu YOA di Griya Supermarket Bandung dengan menggunakan non probability sampling – judgement. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, korelasi, regresi, koefesien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan sebesar 15% dan sisannya di pengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa brand image memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.The purpose of this research is to analyze how the influence of brand image on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The sample in this study was 112 consumer of private label products (YOA) in Griya Supermarket Bandung, using non-probability sampling - judgement sampling. The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to consumers and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the brand image affects customer satisfaction by 15% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Analysis results show that brand image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

The organization consists of a number of people who works together or interact one another to achieve a goal. Internal communication is communication that occurs in organization or company, either horizontal or vertical. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of internal communication (vertical and horizontal) to the performance of employees. The questionnaire is distributed to 117 employees of PT Promedrahardjo Farmasi Industri. Data analysis technique that used is validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression with program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The result concludes that to improve the performance, management needs to provide more formal or non-formal forum for their employees to say their honest opinions and build up the intimacy between employees and management.

Pemasaran wirausaha adalah pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut yang biasanya dilakukan oleh pemilik secara pribadi tetapi informal. Pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut dilakukan langsung oleh pemilik bisnis untuk menemukan pelanggan secara langsung dan membangun hubungan interpersonal dengan pelanggan. Pemasaran kewirausahaan dilakukan oleh pelaku bisnis usaha mikro dan kecil di Kota Bandung karena keterbatasan dana pemasaran dan modal usaha yang terbatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan terhadap daya saing usaha. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 responden yang disebarkan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa pemasaran wirausaha berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing. Nilai positif (0,283) yang terkandung dalam koefisien regresi menggambarkan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan terhadap daya saing adalah searah, setiap penambahan satu unit variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan akan meningkatkan nilai variabel daya saing sebesar 0,283.

The new curriculum which revises the SMK 2018, revised curriculum focuses on the used information and telecommunications technology. These curriculum have several renewals such as the emergence of the name office automation and governance and also the emergence of subjects with availability of digital and technology. One of the subjects highlighted was electronic archiving to answer these challenges. The purpose of this service were to improve the competence of teachers and staff of SMKN Cisarua in the field of electronic filing systems with the IWSM program and the introduction of the wordpress application. This service method hybird. Delta, the results of the evaluation of the average post test score compared to pree test, increased by 18%, this shows a positive result. With the attendance rate of participants for 5 days of training of 82,4%. This indicates that the high enthusiasm of the participants.

In recent years, the market for delivery foods has grown rapidly. The large-scale social restrictions that were announced by Indonesian government as a response to Covid-19 pandemic has continued the increasing trend of online food delivery. Convenient and health factors are the main motivator of this trend. Therefore, there is a growing concern about the effective packaging design for takeout foods. However, only a few a study published on this specific topic. It is important to understand the main concern of customers on the takeout foods packaging design. The purpose of this study is to design suitable takeout foods packaging based on the customer perspective using a pull market strategy. This study used various data collection methods such as observation, interview, literature study, and survey. Data collected was analyzed with descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. A packaging design is proposed considering customer inputs on packaging material, design, and information needed.
