This article aims to determine how the implementation of Regional Regulation (Perda) of Probolinggo City Number 3 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Child-Friendly Cities. This Child-Friendly City is expected to be able to guarantee the fulfillment of children's rights through policies, programs, and activities that are oriented towards the best interests of children. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study at the Office of the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Probolinggo City. Data was obtained through interviews with related officers. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Perda Number 3 of 2020 concerning Child-Friendly Cities has shown a strong commitment from the Dinsos PPPA. Although there are challenges such as limited resources, coordination between agencies, and low community participation, the implementation of this program has been quite effective and shows positive results in fulfilling children's rights. Routine evaluations and the responsive attitude of the implementers are important factors in the sustainability of this program.Keywords : implementation, child-friendly city, public policy
