Abstract

The culture of hanging out is currently entertaining among students. The existence of this culture affects the student's lifestyle which encourages the emergence of social climber behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hanging out intensity on the formation of social climber behavior. This research was conducted within the scope of Panca Marga University, with a population of all students of Panca Marga University Probolinggo who will be the subject of the sample in the study with a total of 100 students from all faculties at Panca Marga University. This research is in the form of observational and survey research by observing the Intensity of Hanging Out on Social Climber Behavior and using a quantitative approach using explanatory research methods. The data analysis technique in this research is using SPSS 22 software for Windows using simple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is that the intensity of hanging out has a significant effect on the formation of social climber behavior in Panca Marga University students. The higher the intensity of hanging out, the greater the effect on the formation of social climber behavior. In this research, it was also found that the influence of the intensity of hanging out on the formation of social climber behavior is the behavior of updating status by uploading photos of food or drinks by displaying a cafe brand that is quite well known by many Panca Marga University students.ABSTRAKBudaya nongkrong saat ini tengah menjamur di kalangan mahasiswa. Adanya budaya ini berpengaruh terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa yang mendorong munculnya perilaku social climber. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas nongkrong terhadap pembentukan perilaku social climber. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkup Universitas Panca Marga, dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo. Subyek sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 100 mahasiswa dari semua Fakultas di Universitas Panca Marga.  Riset ini berupa penelitian observasi dan survei dengan mengobservasi intensitas  nongkrong serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode eksplanatory research. Teknik analisis data pada riset ini dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22 for Windows menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa intensitas nongkrong berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan perilaku social climber pada mahasiswa Universitas Panca Marga. Semakin tinggi intensitas nongkrong maka akan semakin besar berpengaruh dalam pembentukan perilaku social climber. Di dalam riset ini juga ditemukan bahwa pengaruh dari intensitas nongkrong terhadap pembentukan perilaku social climber adalah perilaku meng-update status dengan mengunggah foto makanan atau minuman dengan menampilkan brand kafe yang cukup terkenal. Perilaku tersebut banyak dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Panca Marga.

Abstract

Arsip menjadi sumber data dan info penting dalam pengadministrasian pada keberlangsungan kegiatan organisasi. Penting bagi organisasi ada tata kelola arsip yang memuat kemudahan identifikasi dalam penyimpanan dan pencarian serta minim kerusakan dan kehilangan. Sistem kearsipan manual beralih pada sistem kearsipan digital. Perubahan ini dikenal dengan E-Arsip. E-Arsip diterapkan dalam kegiatan pendidikan seperti di SMPN 9 Kota Probolinggo. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti secara mendalam terutama pada riset terdahulu belum ada yang membahas terkait pelaksanaan E-arsip sesuai kebijakan publik dan standarisasi pelayanan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data utama dihimpun melalui wawancara kepada narasumber yang memahami ruang lingkup E-Arsip dan SMP Negeri 9 Kota Probolinggo. Narasumber terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Karyawan Tata Usaha. Hasil riset memaparka konsep pelaksanaan E-Arsip di SMPN 9 Probolinggo sesuai dengan teori implementasi kebijakan serta teori standarisai pelayanan. Implementasi E-Arsip Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di SMPN 9 Probolinggo dilandasi Teori Implementasi Kebijakan Publik meliputi Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Sikap Birokrasi, Struktur Birokrasi. Serta Teori standarisasi layanan meliputi Transparan; Akuntabilitas; Kondisional; Partisipatif; Kesamaan hak; dan Keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban.

Abstract

The younger generation is still reluctant to utilise their social media in democracy wise. Like the younger generation, they are still reluctant to get involved in politics, especially in the 2024 elections. Because of these problems, the service team organized community service activities by increasing democratic literacy and information literacy. To increase the understanding and skills of the younger generation in democratic literacy and information literacy on social media. So that partners understand not only entertainment and business content but also democracy and information education. The webinar event for the younger generation of Probolinggo City was attended by 30 partners. The implementation of events with democratic literacy and information literacy webinars is well organized and falls into the category of the right technique, right target, right time, and right purpose. As well as showing results according to the success target of program achievements. The results of monitoring and evaluation of the results of the closed questionnaire show that all partners strongly agree on this webinar event and that sustainable events can be held. The results of the open questionnaire showed that partners experienced changes and increased understanding and actions of partners related to democratic literacy and information literacy. In particular, partners are able and skilled in active democracy and the wise dissemination of political information on social media.

Abstract

This article aims to explain how the inlistile information system is implemented for students at SMP Negeri 9 Probolinggo City. This Inlistile application has been implemented by the SMP Negeri 9 Probolinggo City library to be used to improve service quality. Changes in data management are influenced by the implementation of the inlistile application information system. This study aims to determine the application of new innovations in the school library of SMPN9 Probolinggo City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. The researcher conducted interviews with 5 library employees at SMPN9 Probolinggo City, 6 students who were members of the library. The application of application information systems in the SMPN9 Probolinggo City library includes: 1) increasing the convenience of professional services in a library and facilitating the service system; 2) provide friendly service attitudes and behaviors for students that aim to create an environmentally friendly environment; 3) increased student accessibility to get fast service; 4) provide services with an easy and reliable system. Encouraged by this application, students are expected to be able to make good use of this information technology system in order to realize a good service system in the school library.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially the communication sector, creates a disruptive transition that the Government can utilize in conducting public communications. Public communication, especially in the delivery of public policies by the Government, can take advantage of the modernization of online mass media. The Probolinggo City Government also applies this in the socialization of policies in Proolinggo City. The Probolinggo City Government has social media accounts to disseminate information and policies in Probolinggo City with digital content. This research uses a conceptual review technique and a qualitative approach. The aim is to find out the application of social media such as Meta, Instagram, and Youtube owned by the Probolinggo City Government in conveying policy socialization in digital content formats. The types of digital content used are written content, image content, video content, and live streaming. We can find out the effectiveness of uploading digital content in public communication theory related to policy socialization by the Probolinggo City Government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan Facebook dalam pembentukan budaya Alone Together pada kalangan remaja di desa Ambulu kecamatan Sumberasih kabupaten Probolinggo. Penggunaan media sosial sering kali digunakan oleh setiap manusia sehingga di era modernisasi ini, baik dari kalangan anak-anak, remaja sampai dewasa, sudah menjadikan sebagai kebutuhan setiap harinya. Oleh karena itu media sosial dapat diartikan sebagai media komunikasi, jejaring sosial serta berpartisipasi dalam bentuk online. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan facebook dalam pembentukan budaya Alone together pada kalangan remaja. Budaya alone together adalah sendiri bersama atau bisa disebut dengan asyik bermain sendiri dengan media sosialnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap sejumlah remaja yang ada di desa Ambulu kecamatan Sumberasih kabupaten Probolinggo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan Facebook masih banyak yang mengunakan dan sering terjadi terganggunya dalam pembelajaran serta pergaulan antar remaja. Banyak perubahan yang terjadi dengan media sosial ini, dan juga berdampak positif dan negatifnya. Dengan adanya budaya Alone Together atau bisa disebut asyik bermain sendiri, kalangan remaja yang hanya asyik bermain sendiri tanpa memperdulikan terhadap orang di sekitarnya dan seringkali terdapat perkumpulan atau kelompok yang hanya bermain dengan medianya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji potensi pertanian di Desa Matekan, Kecamatan Besuk, Kabupaten Probolinggo, serta peran pemerintah dalam memberdayakan petani melalui pembangunan infrastruktur seperti irigasi. Desa Matekan memiliki lahan pertanian produktif yang menjadi sumber penghidupan mayoritas penduduk. Pembangunan jaringan irigasi yang memadai menjadi fokus untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pemerintah, melalui program pemberdayaan, mendukung produktivitas pertanian dengan menyediakan sarana irigasi dan penyuluhan terkait pengembangan usaha tani. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data sekunder dari berbagai literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pemberdayaan petani telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2013, masih terdapat kendala dalam distribusi air irigasi yang tidak merata. Pembangunan irigasi di Desa Matekan merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan mencapai kemandirian pangan. Partisipasi masyarakat melalui gotong royong juga berperan dalam mendukung keberhasilan program tersebut, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan memperkuat sektor pertanian di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Kademangan District, Probolinggo City, East Java has a fairly high stunting rate, reaching 33.4% in 2020. This condition is caused by various factors, such as poverty, less than optimal parenting practices, and limited access to health services. To accelerate the reduction in stunting rates in this area, the Probolinggo City government has implemented various interventions, including programs providing additional food,nutrition education, and increasing access to health services. However, more comprehensive and sustainable efforts are still needed to address the problem of stunting effectively.  This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the community in Kademangan District in implementing good parenting and nutritional practices to prevent stunting in children. The methods used include counseling, providing additional food, as well as ongoing assistance and monitoring. The results of the activity show an increase in mothers' knowledge and practice in feeding, health care and stimulating children's growth and development. Apart from that, there has been a decrease in the prevalence of stunting in the target areas. It is hoped that this effort can become a model for comprehensive and sustainable stunting interventions in the future.

Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan Kota Probolinggo yang ramah terhadap kalangan disabilitas, Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo meluncurkan gerakan PRO-HADI. PRO-HADI memiliki artian, Probolinggo SaHAbat Disabilitas. Gerakan ini sebagai bentuk perhatian, sekaligus melindungi hak-hak masyarakat inklusi yang diharapkan, mampu mewujudkan kebijakan tepat dan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh penyandang disabilitas. Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo meluncurkan sosialisasi Gerakan PRO-HADI. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan sekaligus memformulasikan tata kelola dan perspektif kebijakan daerah yang ramah disabilitas melalui kolaborasi peran pemerintah, para penyandang dan seluruh stakeholder yang ada di Kota Probolinggo dan kegiatan ini memiliki maksud bahwa pembangunan di Kota Probolinggo dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat dan semuanya memiliki hak yang sama dalam memperoleh pelayanan tanpa terkecuali penyandang disabilitas. Metode dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan telaah studi pustaka atau studi kepustakaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the online single submission (OSS) program for micro business licensing services in investment services and one-stop integration services in Probolinggo Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Observation techniques, interviews, and written data collection techniques from the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Probolinggo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the process of implementing micro business licensing services based on OSS RBA in Probolinggo Regency has been carried out very well. A theory to measure implementation success by Van Meter and Van Horn (Augustino, 2016). This consists of measures/objectives of political policies, resources, characteristics of executors, attitudes (dispositions) of executors, inter-organizational communication and implementation of activities, social, economic and political environmental conditions. The Investment and One-Stop Services Office has made every effort to ensure that the innovation program is carried out as well as possible. However, there are still many business actors who lack knowledge and understanding of service procedures, equipment and infrastructure. As a result, there is a shortage of business entities or MSME players to register their business entities with the OSS.
