<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the facilities and services provided by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Jabal Ghafur University. Facilities such as classrooms, whiteboards, and infocus are important aspects in supporting the teaching and learning process. Academic services are also a major concern for students. The study was conducted using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to students from various departments at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. The results showed that most students were quite satisfied with the facilities available, but there were still some aspects such as the lack of fans that needed to be improved. The service from academic staff was considered good by some students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Recommendations from students were given for improving the study room facilities to make them more comfortable.Keyword: Student Satisfaction, Facilities, Services.]]>
