Mahasiswa tingkat akhir berada dalam fase transisi menuju kedewasaan yang penuh ketidakpastian dan tekanan, seperti beban akademik, ketidakjelasan karier, serta tuntutan sosial, yang dapat memicu quarter life crisis. Kondisi krisis ini berpotensi memengaruhi subjective well being mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara quarter life crisis dengan subjective well being pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 140 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya angkatan 2021 yang sedang menyusun tugas akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online, dan dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji linieritas, serta uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara quarter life crisis dengan subjective well being dengan nilai signifikansi 0,021 (p < 0,05) dan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,194. Semakin tinggi quarter life crisis yang dialami mahasiswa, maka semakin rendah subjective well being yang dirasakan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa quarter life crisis merupakan salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi subjective well being mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Abstract Final year students are in a transitional phase toward adulthood that is filled with uncertainty and pressure, such as academic demands, career ambiguity, and social expectations, which can trigger a quarter life crisis. This crisis condition has the potential to affect the subjective well being of final year students. This study aims to examine the relationship between quarter life crisis and subjective well being among final year students. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The subjects were 140 active students from the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, class of 2021, who were in the process of completing their final thesis. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, linearity test, and Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between quarter life crisis and subjective well-being, with a significance value of 0.021 (p < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of -0.194. The higher the level of quarter life crisis experienced by the students, the lower their subjective well being. These findings indicate that the quarter life crisis is one of the factors influencing the subjective well being of final year students.
