This community service program aimed to improve and assess the digital competence of early childhood education (ECE) teachers through training on the use of Google Workspace for Education at KB Daarul Ilmi. Although some teachers were already familiar with Gmail and Google Drive, the utilization of other features such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Classroom was still limited. The training was conducted face-to-face using a one-group pre–post design over two days, involving all teachers (n=10). A digital skills questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale was administered before and after the training. The results showed that the teachers’ digital competence score increased from 35% in the pre-test to 87% in the post-test (Δ=52%). Data were analyzed descriptively due to the small sample size. These findings indicate that hands-on training with relevant materials can effectively enhance the digital skills of ECE teachers. This program is expected to serve as an initial step toward the digitalization of teaching and learning in early childhood education.
