Pengaruh Experience Quality Perceived Value dan Satisfaction terhadap Revisit Intention Pendaki Gunung Lawu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experience quality, perceived value, dan satisfaction terhadap revisit intention pendaki Gunung Lawu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 115 responden yang pernah mendaki Gunung Lawu. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experience quality berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived value dan satisfaction. Perceived value berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction dan revisit intention. Sementara itu, experience quality dan satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention. Penelitian ini memberikan masukan bagi pengelola wisata Gunung Lawu untuk meningkatkan experience quality dan perceived value pendaki.
