This study examines Moderate Islamic Education in a multicultural society in Banjar Jematang, Dauh Puri Kauh Village, West Denpasar, Denpasar City. Using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation, this study deeply analyzes the conditions and construction of moderate Islamic education in responding to religious and cultural diversity. The results of the study indicate that the conditions of community acceptance are very positive, where moderate Islamic education is considered essential for fulfilling spiritual-moral needs and developing a tolerant character. Furthermore, this educational construction has been proven to be effective in forming a balanced and inclusive mindset, which is a fundamental foundation for the creation of a harmonious, integrated social environment that respects pluralism. This indicates that moderate Islamic Education is considered vital and appreciated by the community because it is effective in forming a tolerant character and an inclusive mindset, which is the foundation for social harmony and pluralism
