The digital era presents both opportunities and challenges for education. On the one hand, information technology expands access to knowledge; on the other hand, it also triggers serious issues such as declining ethics in communication, weakened self-control, and the negative influence of social media on students’ behavior. This condition requires educators to implement appropriate strategies for instilling moral values so that students can adapt to technological advances without losing their moral and spiritual identity. The objectives of this study are: (1) to understand and describe the strategies used by educators in instilling moral values in eleventh-grade students at MAN 1 Pemali Bangka during the digital era; and (2) to analyze the results of these strategies on the attitudes and behaviors of students. This study employed a qualitative approach with a field study design. The subjects were educators and eleventh-grade students of MAN 1 Pemali Bangka. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that: (1) educators applied various strategies including role modeling, habituation in religious and social activities, enforcement of discipline, creating a conducive classroom environment, the use of digital media and the CAT (Computer Assisted Test/Training) approach, restricting and supervising technology usage, as well as providing continuous advice and motivation; and (2) these strategies had a positive impact on students’ behavior, reflected in their improved discipline, stronger sense of responsibility, better self-control in using digital media, and the development of mutual respect among peers. Abstrak Era digital menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan. Di satu sisi, teknologi informasi memberi kemudahan akses pengetahuan, namun di sisi lain juga memicu persoalan serius seperti menurunnya etika berkomunikasi, lemahnya kontrol diri, serta meningkatnya pengaruh negatif media sosial pada perilaku siswa. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya strategi yang tepat dari pendidik dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak agar siswa mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman tanpa kehilangan jati diri moral dan spiritual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) memahami dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan pendidik dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak pada siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Pemali Bangka di era digital; dan (2) menganalisis hasil penerapan strategi penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak terhadap perkembangan sikap dan perilaku siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan. Subjek penelitian adalah pendidik dan siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Pemali Bangka. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) strategi pendidik dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak meliputi pemberian keteladanan, pembiasaan dalam aktivitas religius dan sosial, penerapan kedisiplinan, menciptakan suasana kelas yang kondusif, pemanfaatan media digital dan pendekatan CAT, pembatasan serta pengawasan penggunaan teknologi, serta pemberian nasihat dan motivasi yang berkelanjutan; dan (2) penerapan strategi tersebut berdampak positif terhadap perubahan perilaku siswa, yang tercermin dalam meningkatnya kedisiplinan, sikap tanggung jawab, kemampuan mengendalikan diri dalam penggunaan media digital, serta tumbuhnya budaya saling menghargai antar sesama.
