This study was conducted to analyze the impact of Constitutional Court Decision Number 168/PUU-XXI/2023 on Labor Law in Indonesia. The research method used was normative juridical analysis, which examines legal issues through legislation, particularly the Job Creation Law, literature, and other reference materials. The result of this study is Constitutional Court (MK) Decision Number 168/PUU-XXI/2023, which granted part of the judicial review petition, namely that 21 norms in the Job Creation Law have shown significant steps in protecting workers' rights in Indonesia. This ruling confirms that several provisions in the Job Creation Law are contrary to constitutional principles, especially those related to the protection of workers' rights. The government and the House of Representatives (DPR) of the Republic of Indonesia must prepare a new labor law that implements Constitutional Court Decision Number 168/PUU-XXI/2023. In the future, collaboration between the government, employers, and labor unions/worker unions will be key to realizing a fair and sustainable labor system in Indonesia.
