<![CDATA[The rapid development of technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has opened new opportunities to transform education by enhancing personalization, efficiency, and inclusivity. However, regions such as Banda Aceh still face disparities in digital infrastructure, access, and literacy, which hinder the optimal use of technology in schools. This study aims to analyze the utilization of AI in platform-based learning as a strategy to improve the quality of education in Banda Aceh. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies conducted in several elementary schools. The findings reveal that AI provides significant benefits, including personalized learning experiences tailored to students’ abilities, automated assessments that deliver efficient and accurate feedback, and inclusive learning environments that support diverse student needs. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited internet access, insufficient technological devices, low digital literacy among teachers and students, and uneven government policies. The study concludes that while AI has great potential to enhance education in Banda Aceh, its success requires strengthening digital infrastructure, continuous professional development for educators, and supportive policies. Collaborative efforts between the government, schools, and technology developers are essential to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.]]>
