<![CDATA[The term group fanatic is a term used to refer to a belief or view about something that is positive or negative, which does not have a deeply held theoretical basis and is therefore very difficult to correct or change. In this hadith it has been stated that a group fanatic is someone who helps a people or group on the basis of tyranny. In this research the author will raise a theme entitled: "Group Fanaticism in the Hadith Perspective (Study of the Hadith of Sunan Abu Dawud Index Number 5119)" with a problem formulation, namely what is the quality of the hadith about Group Fanaticism in Sunan Abu Dawud Index Number 5119. What is the validity of the hadith about Fanaticism Groups in Sunan Abu Dawud Index Number 5119. How is the meaning of the hadith regarding Fanaticism Groups in Sunan Abu Dawud Index Number 5119. This study uses a qualitative method. This research produces several conclusions including: The quality of the hadith sanad in Sunan Abu Dawud Index Number 5119 concerning Group Fanaticism is sahih lighayrih status and the quality of hadith matan has sahih lidzatihi status. Meanwhile, the authenticity of this hadith is maqbul ma'mulun bihi, namely it can be accepted and practiced. Therefore, the hadith discussed by the author can be used as a source of law in resolving a problem within the Muslim community]]>
