<![CDATA[This study examines the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving community welfare, with a focus on the Madura region. MSMEs are recognized as the backbone of the Indonesian economy, which have a vital role as the main actors in economic activities, job providers, local economic development, market and innovation creators, and contributors to the balance of payments. In the midst of the global economy, MSMEs face challenges such as tight competition, technological change, and limited access. This study uses a literature study method to analyze data from various scientific literature. The results of the study indicate that MSMEs, such as batik MSMEs, have significant potential in improving the family economy and regional competitiveness. Government programs that support the development of MSMEs, as well as active community participation, are key to improving the quality of human resources and empowering local potential in a sustainable manner.]]>
