<![CDATA[Ketapang Village is located in Susukan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. Based on the results of a preliminary study, young people in Ketapang Village face challenges related to career resilience skills. This is indicated by the vulnerability to dropping out of school and the lack of motivation to pursue further education. In response to this condition, an effective intervention strategy is needed through the BERSINAR program, which stands for Continuous Career Resilience Psychoeducation Guidance. The purpose of this program is to train individuals to develop their career resilience skills. The method of implementing the activity consists of (1) preparation; (2) introduction; (3) training; (4) closing; and (5) reporting. The results of the Paired Samples T-Test analysis showed a significant difference between the Pre-Test and Post Test scores with a t value (39) = 11.1, p <0.001 and a Cohen's d effect size value of 1.76. This proves that this psychoeducational activity has succeeded in increasing participants' career resilience knowledge with a very large effect category. Similar programs can be recommended to be implemented widely to support the sustainability of youth career potential development in other areas.
